John Hedger and Susan Rimmer with newsreader Chris Rossdale, weather boy Billy Mallett and engineer Sam Mitchell were joined by Tony Willis, Mark Banister, top photographer, Richard Poad , from the Maidenhead heritage society Lindsey Wilcox did reflections, Paul Strezlecki watching the World Cup in Berlin and Sarah Noye and Caroline Buggins, from Stabilo.
Susan said said: "I can't believe how the time flew, and I loved it when my family came in to watch!!!
John said : "I liked the calls we had on air, especially the one from my wife Jean, lying in bed still! Don't forget Phrase that Pays (How's Rooney's foot then?) at Countrystore and win your free bag of sweets - but it's only valid today!!!!!

Chris Rossdale came back to Cookham to read the news and enjoy the Station at the Station. "Nothing's changed, but everything's different!" said Chris who is studying politics, ale and pizza at Warwick University.
