CARTOON TIMMY!!VIZ
who's more then famous, Madonna, Tom Cruise or Timmy?! FINANCIAL TIMES!Not perhaps, the first place you'd expect to see a cartoon of Timmy! But this fantastic publication of Timmy as David Bowie's Aladdin Sane was drawn by FT cartoonist Ferguson and presented to Timmy for Christmas. It was an illustration to accompany the review of Timmy's performance as Aladdin in panto at Lewisham 2001. SUPERMAN TIMMY? At New year 2002 Timmy pulled a lady from the frozen waters of Hartlepool Marina. This cartoon appeared in the pages of the Hartlepool Mail. There's more on this story at Rescue.
West Ham were selling a Herbie the Hammer that looked remarkably like Timmy's Pinky Punky when Tom Johnston of the London Evening Standard drew this cartoon. In the event West Ham withdrew their hammers from sale and Pinky Punky, with his copyright safe, goes from strength to strength! There's more on this story here.
When Rolf Harris presented his cartoon club on CiTV, Timmy guested one day. This cartoon was Rolf's gift.
Michaela, Timmy and Tommy drawn by a Wide Awake Club viewer, Pete Field, in 1986. It's a stunning! PRINCE TIMMY AND THE QUEST FOR THE GOLDEN TRANNY! This classic radio serial was made by Timmy at Radio Oxford and featured a young Emma B (aged 7) before her days on Radio 1! Bob Hodgson, a faithful Timmy listener, drew this fantastic cartoon. A COLOURFUL IMAGINATION!
Wideawaker Kevin Rochowski drew this gruesome but hilarious cartoon. For obvious reasons, it never got shown on TV, but it remains a favourite of the production team! AND HERE'S ONE TO COLOUR IN!!
