Ginger beer at Childers
Billy said as he drank his Bundaberg ginger beer "Dad, it tastes a bit like lemonade..."! We sat on the verandah of the main shopping street enjoying the day in a break from our driving. Just up from here was the site of the terrible fire at the backpackers hostel in 1999.
