The Strand beachfront at Townsville is a fabulous place to spend the day! Water, water everywhere and the fun never stops!
Behind is the imposing red mountain that dominates the town and gives Townsville a distinctive look. The Strand certainly made Cairns jealous and prompted them to clear the mudflats and put in the beach. These two pictures slot together...
