Television: Blue Peter!
Blue Peter's World Biggest bring and buy at the Lakeside shopping centre brought lots of support from friends of the show. Blue Peter's three presenters Andy Akinwolere, Helen Skelton and Joel Defries asked Timmy to open the show and start the fund raising going. Timmy brought along his jungle shorts and favourite Pinky Punky for the sale which raised loads!

Matt Willis and Timmy shared stories of the jungle (that's the jungle hat) - Matt brought along a Busted T shirt for the auction.
A host of stars support the Ble Peter appeal.
Connie Fisher about to embark of a nationwide tour with the Sound of Musiuc brought along her Maria dress from the TV show. It raised £100!
Wearing a suit! Peter Purves brought along signed copies of his autobiography which includes memories of Blue Peter in the 60s.
Laura, Charlotte, Helen Connie and Timmy had a brief moment together before manning the stalls and helping the selling...

The lucky winner of Pinky Punky in the auction - Sam was on Wacaday and played Mallett's Mallet in 1989! "Then I won a Wham album but this is much better" she declared! |
