The Library is the room in Timmy Towers where everyone is supposed to be quiet - but rarely is!!! The Library is full of books - many of them written by famous authors like William Mallettspeare. The Library is where Judge Fudge lives - he always calls for quiet, but never recieves it! You may recognise the two mallet's at either side of the room - as they were seen on Timmy's Wacaday programme in the early 90s.
